3. How to Prepare Your Space

To ensure a seamless, relaxing appointment, we recommend:

• Choosing a warm, well-ventilated room with enough floor space for a standard treatment couch (approx. 2m x 1m).
• Ensuring quiet surroundings so you can relax fully during the unhurried consultation and suction phases.
• Fasting lightly from heavy foods for 2 to 3 hours prior to your scheduled time.
